Any suggestions
I have a problem with my new phone the problem is during a call at random moments the person at the other end can't hear me and we have to call back to hear each other again. This doesn't happen on handsfree in the car. Any suggestions please

It may be related to how do hold your phone while calling. Maybe the proximity sensor fails to turn off the display while talking with the phone on your ear. Please check.

Admin, how do you check the proximity setting?

I've just had this as well. After 2 weeks of no problems making calls, today I couldn't hera the other person speaking. Rebooted phone, could hear them but they couldn't hear me for about ten seconds before the mic started working.
