Mine came direct from BV, as a warranty replacement item. I also had to replace my speaker. I recorded it all on video but you probably won't want to watch -- there are five in a series of about an hour and a half total length. I think the fourth one was the one where I showed the actual pad being installed followed by the glass...

Hi there. My replacement came alone, no adhesive at all. Thanks for your comments, I´ll chech the videos on youtube right now. You know, as soon as I received the phone and checked out my new "toy" I realized of that piece being broken in no time, because, as you surely noticed, that tiny glass is the first thing hitting the floor when falls on its back part. I think I´m gonna atach some rubber gasket around this piece to avoid direct hits. Thank you again.
