If I do a factory reset on this phone will it still be in English afterwards or will it default to Chinese? I've had that issue before with a Chinese tablet and had to blindly switch it back to English. I'm going to sell this load of rubbish on eBay I've bought a Samsung J3. Much better phone wish I'd bought one in the first place. Also we are clearly getting fobbed off about issues you're aware of and updates that wont happen. No support / updates with Chinese phones. Still nothing on fixing issues like the stupid lame startup & shutdown tunes which can't be turned off. Waste of time. You expect your customers to have to root their phones and flash the firmware to fix issues which you cannot be bothered with? Absolutely useless!

Factory resetting your phone won't change the language to chinese, don't worry.
