Hi,

I’ve recently bought an A7 Pro, which intermittently shuts downs.
Nothing to do with battery power, and does it in both ‘normal’ or ‘airplane’ mode.

I’ve done one hard reboot, but it still does it.

Any suggestions?

I suggest to perform a factory reset and report back if it solves such issue.
