I bought a Blackview BV9000 phone through Amazon, not the Pro Version, and it lists the following Specifications:
Networks:

2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 900/2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE B1/B3/B7/B8/B20

In my attempts to purchase a SIM card with a Carrier that would work for this, I was informed that the ATT StraightTalk carrier would work with GSM, so I bought an STBYOP Kit, which comes with an ATT, a T-Mobile, and a Verizon SIM card each. The ATT and the T-Mobile Sim numbers aren't even recognized when I type them in for StraightTalk. Not through the Browser, not through the App. Nowhere. The Verizon one recognized the SIM Number, but the IMEI numbers for both of the SIM slots cause the server to inform me Service is unavailable.

I took to the internet specifically looking for a high-quality, durable phone that would still have a fast cpu, decent memory, and decent storage. In that respect, and in my opinion being the more intuitive Android build, I bought this phone only to find out later I might not be able to get it to communicate with Cellular Carriers. Are there any Service Plans at all in the US that might work with this Phone? Any at all? Like, if I have to buy a different phone that is "compatible" with US Carriers, I'm going to be immensely disappointed solely because there are no phones made in the US that meet the same standards as yours. If I have to settle for a different phone, I will be settling for a "fancy" phone that's extremely fragile in comparison.

Two things:

1. The BV9000 has become my absolute FAVORITE phone of all time in every way other than its inability to communicate with US cell carriers. How does the bv9000 compare to the 9500? My materialistic side loves that this model has an 8-core cpu, 4G+ RAM, and etc. Is the 9500 an upgrade, at the same specs, or perhaps a little less "fast" in this respect? 
2. I'm kind of a doofus. I originally bought the bv7000 from the website Gearbest, but that website is notorious for its shipping speeds for going overseas. After several weeks, I was chomping at the bit to cancel the transaction and buy one of your phones from Amazon instead. Their cancellation/return policy is within 90 days of the transaction, but when I originally sought to cancel that transaction, they only gave me the option to select a different product from the website, or simply wait for the phone to eventually arrived.
   
   • Confronted with these two options, I acquiesced to waiting until September 6th to receive the phone, but upon receiving my next paycheck, chose to buy the BV9000 through Amazon. I intended to give the other phone away, or find some way to return it, sell it, or just keep it as something to play with.
   • TLDR: Having purchased the BV9000 through Amazon, and purchased hte BV 7000 through Gearbest 1 1/2 Months prior, what do you think are my options for returning one or both of these phones, in order to purchase the BV9500?
     
     • --- If I were to hypothetically purchased your BV9500 phone, and managed to return these other two phones that will be in my possession to offset the costs of endeavors, what Carrier and SIM Card(s) would your phone be compatible with in the US? I think this is something I'd want to plan ahead for, going forward.

This might be a double post situation. It's hard to tell when you're posts are still under the new user policy, and need to be manually approved. According to the above information, my best bet might be through AT&T, and the only  Band that wouldn't be available would be the 2300 MHz 4G network band. This compatibility website paints a similar picture as well:

Assuming I successfully return at least the bv9000 through Amazon, and manage to scroung up the remaining money needed, would you be able to progressively assist me with:

• acquiring a SIM card that would be recognized by the cellphone and compatible with the designated, most-compatible carrier
• ensuring I can activate the SIM card
• Activating the phone with a Cellular Carrier, where the phone succeeds to communicate with the Carrier Towers

I was just at Walmart with a fellow Associate, and we used an AT&T--StraightTalk SIM Card. I don't know if I mentioned this in a post that's yet to be approved, but we succeeded in activating the SIM Card with the AT&T Straight Talk service as an "AT&T GSM Unlocked" phone, but after also adding Straight Talk Air Time onto the phone, the phone simply would not recognize/talk to the SIM Card, let alone communicate with the Carrier on the Cellular Data Network.

AT&T should work without any issues, as the BV9500s are compatibles with every country.
For an help about buying, activating and setting your SIM you'll have to get in contact with AT&T customer care, as we are phone makers not network carriers

The BV9500 series will be a good upgrade to the 9000 one, as you can see from every review/spec website

Amazon have the best customer care ever. In event of any issue you can have with your phone, they can refund you the whole cost. Buy from Amazon!

Yeah, I might just keep the 7000 series, and save up for the 9500 series. there's a chance the 7000, or even the 9000 might be compat. with Freedom pop. Their descriptions sound the same, even though the compatibility websites say different. Those websites don't look like they display the same network bands for FreedomPop as what Google pulled up. Worst case, I use an old android burner phone and get to try out a more affordable "underdog" carrier, until I get the phone that will last me 3-4 years.

One question though. There's a deal going on with the BV9500, and I won't get paid until the next Thursday. Do you think there will still be a discount for the upcoming 9500 model still by then? My 9000 refund won't  even be able to happen for about 20 days after I ship it back tomorrow too, so yeah. I'll be using the 7000 until then, then I"ll move hte sim card to that one, and keep the 7000 series as a backup. I intend to get a 9500 as my primary for materialistic reasons, and because of its universal compatibility. Plus, I Cartpush/Cashier at Walmart as part-time while I"m going to college, working on an A+ CompTIA Certification on my own time, and etc. So bottom line is, it just occurred to me I could use the Radio Antenna to talk on Walmart's Walkie Channel as well.

You know, it occurs to me, if I had bothered to create an account on this website and consulted with you before buying any of your phones, you probably would have convinced me to buy a BV 9500 from the very start, and I wouldn't have had any issues in the first place.
