Hi, i have a problem with my blackview S8 when i listen my music in spotify or deezer even with youtube. When i lock my phone any sound stop after 30s. Can you tell me an issue please ? Thank for your feedback.

You'll have to let it live in background. Go to App's settings. 
In addition, you can disable the battery optimization for such apps. Go to battery -> 3 dots -> battery optimization.

Thanks for your feedback but i try all possible batery setting even with developer mode. Nothing work. Can you help me more please ?

Can you post some detailed screenshot about the background apps settings and battery settings for apps?

I am not the only one to have this problem on S8. An upgrade would be needed to fix this problem by blackview. I do not still have to find of solution from my part. Thanks for your help.

I will wait for other users to confirm such issue. Then will forward that to the tech team.

I would like to specify the problem is with all app in background exept with app system. Thanks
