Hello, I have a problem with my P6000, it's working well but when i put it on charger, it becomes very hot. 
I use the original Blackview charger, with blackview cable i had in package. 

I checked in droid Info, between 42 and 45°C. And when the mobile is hot i cannot use my touchscreen! 
It's simple, touchscreen is not responding! I have to wait him to cool down. 

To be honest it's a very good mobile but this problem is really annoying. 

Can you please perform a factory reset and try to charge your phone just after that?
This behaviour is not normal, but running apps in background while charging may rise the temperature a lot.

I still have the same. I think because of the overheating while charging.

Best solution is : don't use the phone while charging.
