Hi, I've a problem with the BV6000.
The proximity sensor isn't working correctly. I tried several calibrations without success.
The main problem is that when you are calling, the screen doesn't turn off and I press buttons with my cheek. It is annoying.
PS : I've a screen protection but it doesn't seem to block the sensor.

We have tested it, and didn't find such a problem.
You can try a firmware update to see if the problem can be solved.
