Hi,
I got my new phone few days ago. I came from a bv7000 a very good product.  After the first start it upgade via ota to P10000_Pro_Blackview_V1.2_20180124_20180507-1851 rom.
and then I have done a factory reset.
Now I have problems focusing nearest target with the camera app. I tried also with open camera app trying to use the macro option but It can't focus.
can you confirm me tha it isn't a email browser on this rom?
It is very important to take snap with camera to small labels like serial number and anything else like it. also the embedded function of qr code reader has meny problems to focusing the target.
help me please

Can you manually focus on target tapping on display or manually setting the focus range?

Taping the display it can't focus well... Now I Try to do an avi .....
How can I set the manual focus?

if you use Opencamera app, you can find such manual focus settings.

In OpenCamera app isn't possible to operate a manual focusing. It has the same problems: it can focusing targets after 40 cm ; all the targets between the device and 40 cm aren't focused.

Still no focusing between 0 and 40 cm. I tryied to apply your link (open camera) but it says ....not supported on all devices....
It is very important on this taget devices to do quick qr code or bar code scan in all enviroments and job scenarios.
Is there any official patch only for the camera or a newest rom to repair this issue (and with a mail client native we hope)?
