Hello!
My name is Laszlo Toth, and I am writing you because I bought a Blackview
BV 7000 pro mobile phone from TomTop webshop and I am very upset and
distrackted.
As you advertise this item is waterproof, and I was so happy when I found
this phone and I expected there wont be nothing to worry about, because my
children use my camera to take photos. So when they accidentaly droped the
item into the water, I wasn't worry, but now I know I should have.
Since the item got underwater I couldn't turn it on.
It become completely useless, which makes me totally unsatisfied.
I cannot turn it on.
I would want to take advantage of the warranty options!(if possible)
I would be grateful if I could get the item repaired , because I was
satisfied as long as it worked!
I need a mainboard or service address to repair the mobile.
