My phone is Blackview A60 which I bought it online through Amazon recently. I am unable to use the phone as it shut down with a message 'red state'. I tried to press the volume + button and see the three choices to make. I can't even fastboot it as it is not responding while pressing the volume - button. Can you help me to restore my phone ans use ot properly.
