[SOLVED] BV800Pro Stuck in Safe mode

Microphone just stopped working for some apps(text voice and phone calls) however working for voice assist & internet search I reset phone...... now its stuck in safe mode........ phone is only 5 months old. Help!

Correction phone is three months old! Completed factory reset. Microphone still not working and now it wont charge, still stuck in safe mode! :evil: :(

If a complete factory reset can't solve your issue, unfortunately there's nothing more we can do.
You'll have to contact your seller for a replacement under warrany.

My mobile also faced same problem. Tried flashing but no use.
But, @Admin how can it be mentioned as solved if the problem is not solved ?!

The issue has been marked as solved, even if, sadly, the only solution is to contact the seller to get the device replaced under warranty.
