WiFi and Bluetooth connection problem

Sat Feb 17, 2018 5:24 pm

When i try to connect to the wifi network, the connection is created but there is no internet. I checked the router, there is no problem, i can use the internet on other devices but on the BV9000.

The other problem: when i try to connect to a bluetooth device, i get an error message (cant communite with the device). I also checked this bluetooth device and it worked well with other phones.

For the bluetooth issue, refer to this fix from the BV8000pro model:

0) Consider updating your device to the latest firmware and performing a factory reset after that

1) Go to "Settings" -> "Background task clear" and whitelist all your 3rd party apps wich need bluetooth to transfer data (i.e. samsung gear app, veryfit app and so on..). By doing that, they will be allowed to run in background even if the smartphone is in deep sleep state.

2) Go to "Settings" -> "Battery" -> "3 dots" in the upper right corner -> "Battery optimization" -> select "All apps" from the dropdown menu and disable battery optimization for every bluetooth service app, as
- Bluetooth MIDI service
- BT Tool
- Bluetooth sharing

and for every app needing to use bluetooth to transmit data, as
- Phone
- Phone services
- Call management
- Phone/Messaging storage
- your 3rd party music player
- other telephone dialer apps
- fitness band apps and so on

3) Only if the previous steps doesn't solve your issue, ALSO:
- Go to "Settings" -> "Battery" and disable "Standby intelligent power saving"
- Go to "Settings" -> "Duraspeed" and and disable it.

4) Only if, again, the previous steps still don't solve your issue, ALSO go to "Settings" -> "Battery" and set your device into "High performance mode"

Please follow these steps carefully and report back if your bluetooth issue gets solved

Hi,

I tested all of the solution and none of them is working. I have a BT based biker communication system (Sena SMH10) and it paired to the BV 8000 but no phone, no media played...

My phone is on the v0.1_20170803_20180124-1443 version and it says it is the latest.

Please let me know when this issue will be solved.

The BT Tracer tool says SPP communication failure.

Unfotunatley i have the same issue with my connected LG WatchR 2 with this phone and any BT devices stops working after a while.

Hello,

my mate bought a BV9000 Pro because liked my BV8000 Pro. Sitting in the same car my 8000 see 5 bluetooth devices, the 9000 see one only. And can't connect even to that one. Installed two system updates, there are no more to install. Same symptom. Checked if there is DuraSpeed running and "optimizing" bluetooth to useless as my 8000 did but no. As I see DuraSpeed is not installed.
Do you have any advice?

I suggest to perform a factory reset to your phone and home router. This should solve the issue. Otherwise you'll have to buy a newer modem-router for your home.
