Hi all after the lat update of my bv800pro the flashlight stop to working , tryed hard boot nothing work , any one ather have the same problem

What's your current firmware version?

Did you update your device by flashing or by OTA update?

Did you perform a factory reset after the update?

Non flashing thé phone updated by wifi update ,my version ist V0.1_20170803_20171219-1600
Yes allredy make hard boot reset but nothing changed

Very weird issue. Remember that flashlight won't work if your device is low on charge... try to charge it to 100% and then report back.

My phone are charged 100% .....

Are you sure you did a FACTORY RESET? if yes, it really looks like an hardware fault.
In this case you'll have to contact your seller for a replacement.

I worked for 0929. As I flashed through the flash on 1219 I stopped working on the locked screen with the pressed home button. Once again I repeat on 0929 worked, I asked for 1219 stopped working !! Everything is included in me, the reset did, 100% charged. After updating to 1219 for many it is observed.

Can you make a video of the flashlight problem on 1219 fw?

Flash light button on lock screen not working with phone locked.
if I unlock the phone then the button working fine
