I've found a bug. From time to time, when getting an incoming call the ringtone is not playing. The sounds are turned on. The sounds of SMS and notifications are kept working fine. The online video is also working correctly. The ringtones from the list in "sound and notification - general - phone ringtone" also not play. Only rebooting helps to solve for some time.

Firstly I swapped the phone in the shop, but the second one has the same problem.

I disabled Audio FX, thinking that problem with this app. Keep waiting for results.

Could you please help me with this problem?

Hi Kastrulkin,

there can be a couple of reasons and sometimes even apps "occupying" the speakers. Did you possibly set the do not disturb? It would only then happen during a set time or action. Did it work correctly in the past?

May I ask what SW version you use?

Just in case you could try to factory reset the mobile, but please save all you data before.

What you could try in first place is to reset your phone completely, but please make sure to backup all of your data first, as it gets lost.
wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow points on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- wipe data/factory reset

No, I didn't push do not disturb. All the indicators are fine and other sounds work as it should.

I think I found the way to solve it. I disabled the app Audio FX. It has been working fine for two days already. Previously it switches off one a day approximately.

What do you think? Am I right? Do other owners face such problems?

My ringtone has stopped working too, i can get music to play so not the output, their are touch tones and notifications still working too.
just no ringtone, buzzes ok. any help with this?
