[SOLVED] Problem with Battery and Impossible to track

Hello,

I'm new with the BV8000Pro, but my phone stay only 8 hours !!! Since my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X stay 48h with the same usage.
So to check the problem, I would like to install Accubattery but the calibration failed and I can't use this software but no problem on my other smartphone.

How I can solve this problem ?

The two smartphone have the same softwares and usage. Same operator but different SIM card.

Sorry for my bad english but I'm french user. Tell me if you need more informations or screenshot.

Hi there!

1) Update your device to the latest firmware, then perform a factory reset.

2) Calibrate your battery.
Please use and discharge your device until it shuts off by itself. Then switch it on again, use and continue discharging it until it shuts off by itself again. Repeat this until the device doesn't switch on anymore: it will mean that the battery is really fully discharged.
At this point charge your device, leaving it switched OFF, until it reaches the 100%. Your battery is now calibrated correctly.

3) If your problem persist, your charging board could be faulty.

I don't have update, I'm on 0.1_20170803_20171114-1146

I've switched "Performance and power saving" from Sports Mode to Normal and now I can use my phone two days.

You didn't perform a factory reset after updating your phone, that's why the "sports mode", wich is not the default option, was enabled.
Problem solved ;)
