i have a BV 8000 pro, whit Android 7.0, and installed a firmware suggested...... after download and installation my phone working but after first initialization where i look the screen perfectly (the sign Blackview, the sound and the password), instantly the screen become black and it's no possible work because i don't see nothing on screen.... but the phone is on (and work) and i hear the message, the call and other but i can't read and answer ....the touch feeling my finger.
I don't remember the version of firmware (i think is a version of last august).

Please update to the latest firmware by flashing/by OTA, then perform a factory reset and report back.
If the issue persist, it's time to contact your seller to get a replacement under warranty
