I've had my BV8000 in use for 3 days. And 2/3 of the nights it has rebooted itself. This has two problems

1) power-on sound will wake up all family members nearby. I haven't found any way to disable that sound?
2) I need to have phone online for calls, and after reboot it asks pin code, so if pin code is not entered, important calls will not reach me

Conditions:

- Phone has mobile data, wlan, bluetooth turned of. Idea is to receive incoming calls and sms.
- Possible apps trying to use net which is not available are spotify and whatsapp. Both closed, but maybe doing something background.

Any idea might this be some problem in this particular phone, and would warranty replacement fix this? Any solutions available for getting rid of startup sound. Disabling pin code asking is possible.

My phone restarts 2 or 3 times many days.
I could not find any problems to solve it.
On my phone is the newest firmware.

I've noticed that putting my BV8K in "vibration mode" before shutting off cuts out the starting sound (for me).
Am I the only one ?

An now phone rebooted itself one more time, now with mobile data on. So it looks like this is unstable. Anyone else having such issues?

Edit: and second time immediately after. Firmware 20171011-0929. 3 crashes within 18 hours, all in situation when nothing is happening.

I have the same problem. Phone keeps rebooting randomly - very annoying.

I will report this to our technicians and developers and hope it can be fixed in a future update. If you have any more information about this issue for us please just post it here.

By the way: you can set your phone to silent mode to hear no starting sound at next (re)boot.

The only things I can say so far: The phone reboots at different times and different places. Always when it just lays around or is in my belt bag. Sometimes it reboots twice a day, sometimes I get 3 days without any reboot.

And it never rebooted while being charged.

mémé problème pour moi il redémarre tout les jour sans aucune raison et principalement la nuit.
c'est embêtant car il demande le code pin et donc plus connecter aux réseaux.
merci de trouver une solution rapidement.
je précise que le téléphone et neuf il a un semaine.
et que la dernière mie a jour est faite.
