Hello, how can i solve this issue?
Bought a cellphone from eBay, seller would be living in UK, but when i recieved the phone it was send from chiona.
No problem at first thought, but no this bv5000 has a broken microphons, i own a bv5000 myseld and this one was for my son.
We put then next to eachother and makes sure that all setting where the same,
when we use voicerecorder mines does record sounds, while his only makes a strange buzzing sound.
next we tried a reset, even that didnt help.
Now seller tells me to get to a repaircompany in my country, but non of them do know blackview.
What can i do?
or where can i get a new microphone??
please help
