Battery capacity only 1.000mah?!

Sat Aug 05, 2017 8:52 am

Hi,

last month I bought my BV6000s at Amazon Germany. I was pretty happy when it arrived but after some days I recognized that I needed to load the battery nearly every day or at least every second day. After installing a battery doctor app it got a little bit better, but still not very good.
As I now checked all abilities of the app, it got a categorie named Health and Capacity. Now my Phone is on 65% and the app says: Maximum capacity 1.000mah, current cpacity 650mah.

I was wondering about that, but another battery health app also told me the same.

What can I do? Do I need to send back the phone or is there any chance to repair it? :(

If you would open the phone case you could see that the build-in battery capacity is correct. Android us using more battery power if there is more available. Apps like Health and Capacity can only guess the power and need some itself. But there are many Kinds to twaek it: lower the display lightning, disable non-needed apps, use android 6 instead of 7, activate background task clear, disable GPS+ Bluetooth if not needed, ...

Of corse it can be, that your battery really have a defect, but I guess it have not. You could buy a cheap exchange battery over aliexpress and try if it is working better: https://www.aliexpress.com/af/bv6000s-b ... isViewCP=y
