My BV7000 7000 pro Won't Charged

My Bv7000's do not charge battery, before i use this smartphone until battery show 0% number. After that when i tried to charge the battery, this smartphone wan't to charge. I want a solution from bv7000 party. Please help me. :cry: :(
I'm so sorry if my English is so bad.
I'm from Indonesia.

It seems your battery is defective and must be changed. Please contact your seller for that.

Or try another charger and another charger cable. Make sure if you right connect the cable into the phone. If this not help you can buy a new battery from ali.

I can't charge my phone.
I check the original cable and it's OK.
Where can i find a new battery ?

Try charge your phone with powerbank. I have sililar problem. Start charging with powerbank about few minutes and continue charge classic with wall adapter.
