I bought a few of the BV8000 Pro for re-sell, a customer whom bought 3 of them is very unhappy and close to return them because the main camera is taking blurry pictures, the camera is a huge factor on a phone and if its not as good as advertised of course he is not going to keep them, please help me out before he returns them

Front camera takes good pictures but the back camera is just unacceptable

Hello Jacob, I hope my message finds you well?
I see you have had success with the problem rear camera, I am suffering a similar one "White Out" all picture looks negative.
Have followed the link given to you but being a novice don't know how to install on the 8000pro? I've looked for a read me file nothing, I'm at the moment sending the unzipped files to my sd card on the phone.
I don't want to just install as I could negate the warranty, the phone is two days old and I'm worried I'll screw things up.
Can you help please? Just need to know how you installed your download to get camera working correctly.

Is this ROM different from one I received OTA?

The latest update doesn't solve the problem.

I'm getting exactly the same issue. It seems that the autofocus goes "past" the optimal point.

When using an app which allows manual focus, the images are fine.

Can you please recommend app with manual focus?

Please update to 20170718 and perform a factory reset after that.
Please report here if this DON'T solved the issue for you.

I'm running the new rom (flashed using spflashtool), and I did a factory reset (even twice) and it still doesn't work...
