I purchased the Bv8000 late last week. Overall the phone works well. The main issue i am having with it is that during a phone call at random times i loose all audio on both ends. If i end the call and make a new call the audio comes back. The other problem is that while streaming music over Bluetooth to a Bluetooth speaker its skips like a CD with scratch. I have run both updates phone says it is all up to date. Still having these issues. I am in canada.

please try this:

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now
