The BV7000 pro wiill work on the following bands;
Network:
2G:GSM:850/900/1800/1900MHZ
3G:WCDMA:900/2100MHZ

I'm not too sure, it may be both or only slot 1

There are 2 slot for sim cards, one for 2G, and another for 4G.

XL and Telkomsel also support Band 3 and 8.
So not usable for Bolt and Smartfen but if you are limited by hardware...
I'm using XL as where I live they have the better signal.
