Hi Friend,

I just bought 5 days ago, an Omega Pro but when I start using 3G internet surfing or within 5 minutes surfing internet the phone heats up on back side of the phone, but when I keep on with 3G without surfing internet does not heat up, Also while using WiFi too does not get heat.

kindly advice do I need to contact the seller or other solutions.

yes Everything fine it looks & works fine .........other than the phone getting heat very fast. so I had to stop surfing internet it may effect the whole phone

yes only the internet is very slow comparatively previous phone & heating up fast

I am sorry I just today faced the sim cards connection lost & logoff buttons not function so cannot restart & little later comes to normal

this happens twice today as I noted, will advice if happen again

then you may can try on 4G , because in some regions the 3G Signal is very weak , then it is easy for phone to heat up when use 3G to surf the net .
