Please be sure to use the original plug and cable and use the latest Firmware 20170517.

I habe the same issue i habe the latest Firmware and the original cable and adaptr it takes around 3hours

Yes but only if three hours is too mich. Maybe its normal.?

With the original ROM, my BV7000 pro takes more than 8 hours from empty to full charge. I'm going to update, can't wait any longer for Android 7.0

Seems right to me. 3500mAh / 3hr = 1166mA. The charger claims 2000mA, so it seems a bit slow, but if you factor in that the battery probably has more capacity than specs (mine measures at 4300mAh), the phone uses some current when idle (depends on your battery optimization, maybe 100mA), and you are likely exaggerating the 3hr (lets say 2.5hr). That gives you 4300mAh / 2.5hr = 1720mA + 100mA = 1820mA, pretty close to the charger spec of 2A.

Try to buy a new charger and test it. I have 2 same original Blackview chargers but one of them charging at 17%/hour and another 50%/hour.
