Admin, I have a few questions.
I know from the 4pda forum that some users have received updates (wireless update) to the latest version - 20170411.
But other users who have firmware 20170224-164843 did not receive updates by air. Why? Will these users receive updates via OTA?

And, is it possible to update the device through the menu "update from memory card" using the file of the latest firmware that you posted?

We are checking on firmware 20170224-164843, please stay tuned.
We don't do update from memory card, but through your PC.

Why not recommend doing it via MicroSD?
Is it recommended a hard reset before updating?
How to do hard reset?

That rom described as BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170411 is actually BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170224 isn't it? unless someone else has managed to install and get a different build version??

I installed this version and here is what I get on my device settings:

Security Patch: April 5, 2017
Kernel Version: 3.18.22+
Compilation number: BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170411

It seems ok

I received firmware 20170320-141341

I tried to update but after restarting in recovery mode, I get an error.
I restarting the phone and everything is ok.

The firmware remains 20170224.
Upgrade does not work properly.

Why did not I receive the firmware 20170411?
