Hi !

I received my BV6000 approximately 2 weeks ago. Everything is working fine, except 2 things that are bothering me...

First I had several contacts stored on my sim-card, and it seems that the phone is not seeing them. Since my previous phone was a WIndows Phone, I suppose that it is the explanation ... ? And yes, I went in Contact/Show all contacts in the contact application, I restarted my phone several times, I'm sure that there are contacts on my SIM Card.

The second, and finally most important problem, are the notifications. It seems that when I'm using applications such as What's app or Messenger, the phone is not ringing when it is locked (and nothing on the screen, ...). When I unlock my phone, I received all the notifications together.
I went in the settings and unable the notifications of application, put the volume up of my phone, tries too search solutions on internet ... Nothing solved it ...

It seems that the phone is not receiving the information as long as it is locked.... But once unlocked everything is working fine. And I can receive messages and phone call with the phone, it's just applications like Whats App that are not working...

Could you help me please ?

Maybe you have enabled battery saving or transfer saving. Also remember to add to the white list applications that you want to keep working in the background.
