I just purchased the P2, I appreciate the build quality of this phone but within the first 24 hours of using this phone I experienced crashes and phone rebooting every 10 minutes of usage. I have tried factory reset this phone 2 times and it does not help. Please give me a solution other than "factory reset your phone".

- My location is in Indonesia
- It seems google's service crashes a lot (Play store, Launcher, Play store services)
- The freeze occurs when trying to switch between apps and open a new app
- Rooting the phone does not help
- Tried using no SIM, single SIM, and dual SIM

Because of this issue I must switch back to my old phone as this one is unusable for normal use

I have the same problem. My phone turns off and on again for no reason. My applications stop and refuse to restart. I reset my factory settings 7 times but nothing is done.

go to apps - google - and disable it, it uninstalls the conflict

what rom version are you using?
