The lower part (about 40%) of the screen is not responding, means: not recognize the touch of the fingertip. The result is, that the phone is unusable. Any ideas?

Can you please restart your phone and try again?

I have the same problem with the top half of my screen, it doesn't respond , so any apps that are in the top half, I can't open

Have tried restarting it several times, leave the phone off for a day, but nothing works.

Searched the forums to see if there is a way yo calibrate the screen, but nothing...

Also on the top left corner if the screen, it looks like the LCD is pulling away from the glass (seen several other posts regarding this, but NO clear answers from Black view)

The phone is new from Jan 2017 (6 months old only!!!)

Had anyone found any solutions to these problems.???

Hi everyone, we have seen from your comments that while you touched the screen, there was no responding.
Did the screen get some destroyed? Can you please send us some pictures for inspecting?

Hello. Have the same problem. Phone just out of the box. Screen does not respond correctly. It looks like mooved up. I can see only 1/3 and bottons do not respond. I tried to calibrate but no sucsess.
What is the problem? And how I can solve it?

Im having the same problems:
1. the glue between lcd and glass started to decompose on the edges !
2. now the touch isn't working in in 2/3 of the area! it's not possible to write text or start apps

phone is from dec.2016 and seller is still not willing to help - he says he gives only 3months warranty, but when i complained about the mic-problem within the 3 months he also did nothing!!!

the video is about 10 days old - the problem got worse since then!
