I was also thinking of switching to the Blackview BV7000. I currently have the BV6000.

The reason being, it's got a larger screen and is thinner. I bought this phone for travelling.

My only concern is that there are no instructions out there on how to open the phone and replace the battery if need be.
Does anyone know anything about this? I"m sure it's not impossible, just gathering information.

I haven't been able to source a battery for the BV7000 yet either. Too much I don't know at this point.

There is a separate forum devoted to BV7000 Pro. I suspect you will easier find answers there.
Probably the Blackview would be the source for battery.
