FileNotFoundException after upgrading to 7

Please, what's this and how can I find what's wrong?
It started after upgrading to Android 7.0. It pops up every minute or so.

And I'm not going to do factory reset, I don't solve problems that way.

You may not update successfully.
Please follow the steps and try again：
Enter into setting--about phone--wireless updating--search for the latest version.

It was an old widget, I removed it and now it's ok.
