Hello,

Do you have a short-term upgrade for the R7 model?

In the forum you do not give us any answer and the web contact form does not work, the truth is that as a user of this model I feel very abandoned by you.

I hope to receive some reply, either for better or for worse.

I'm returning my R7 the support by blackview is terrible a simple firmware update would fix these issues, all blackview seem to do is release one phone after the another and not look after the customers that by the old.

Blackview your customer support non existent and crap.

I totally agree with you. I'm not going to return it, but I assure you it's the last Blackview I buy.

Obviously, it is a mobile brand that I will not recommend to anyone.

Do you need a video to see something happening on all the mobiles?
Sensor light, gps, wifi, screen, camera...
We need a solution / update.
