Please specify which question you would like to have answered exactly. We know about that softkey-problem on some hardware versions and I am waiting for the next ROM with a bugfix just like you do. I can not tell you a specific date for the fix.

If you go back to my previous post, I have asked the questions in there. It's about the buttons. I realize the Blackview team is busy pumping out new products but how about we focus on the existing ones first. I bought the phone at the beginning of the year and still don't use it due to this issue.

The tutorial you provided doesn't work at all. You might find a couple of strange cases where it does so it may be due clearing up some small glitch in the software. I know you can't give an exact date but can you give some indication on how long this is expected to take.. Will we still be waiting in one year?

I am also waiting for getting the update and I am not able to tell you when it will arrive. Please understand.

If glove mode is just a sensitivity boost I'd prefer touch sensitivity adjustment. Currently my screen is a bit oversensitive, "feeling" touch while my finger is not touching the screen yet (while I am just looking yet where to tap) and this causes false touches in pocket too (sometimes I'd like to leave the screen on for a while, freeing my hands). On the other hand, sometimes I will require more sensitivity, so adjustment would be the best for me as well as many other users.

Note:
After adjusting sensitivity new value must be confirmed in certain time by touching "OK" button. If timeout (or pressing cancel, back or home) occurs, the sensitivity should be restored.

I have some non critical issue with clock on main screen. It freezes sometimes.

Please be sure that that the clock widget app have all rights it needs and is on the whitelist of every energy saver.

I have a trouble with BV6000 too.
The screen is lagging.
The phone is rebooting while the call.

Is Blackview actually planning on providing an Update for this phone? It's been months now!
Surely you are in contact with your tech team.

I think for the sake of maintaining customers you could at least let us know where things are at!

People have spent money with your company but still don't have the product they were promised?
