Hello All
I did follow all the steps of the tutorial but the software doesn't find any COM ports when I am doing the scan !
Can anybody help at all ?

Are you sure you strictly followed all the steps in the tutorial?
Did you install drivers correctly?

Yes I did follow the instructions step by step
When I do press for scan it stucks there ;(

It looks like you are missing some drivers. Not the adb drivers, but the preloader drivers. Try turning the phone off and connection it to the pc, and then see if Windows detects it and installs the drivers.

unfortunatly Windows doesn't want to recognize my phone despite of the fact i have install all stuff here.
PLease help me , this getting to drive me crazy and also dangerous while I have some professional phone calls while i am driving !!

Did you follow Mino tutorial for installing drivers?

hello and yes I did folllow all step by step .looks like windows doesn't recognize my BV8000 ;(

Can you transfer files from pc to bv8000pro? When normally connected to an USB, maybe you must confirm this linking in the phone dropdown menu.
You'll have to do it only once.
