Be sure to follow the Flashing manual and select the correct file.
For this file you also have to execute the CheckSum_Gen.exe like shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9HXJH0H43oc

PS: and notice BV7000 and BV7000Pro are two different devices. Select the correct firmware file.

flashing my phone now,
in the instruction PDF you need to remind folks to reboot the PC after adding the VCOM drivers,
else nothing will happen.
AND don't bother with the youtube vid, it doesn't bare any relation to what you do with the latest flasher, certainly not in Win 10. No mention in PDF of running the checksum in as per vid neither..
This spflashtool V5.1716 makes it so easy to do...

As I can see here. We must be an IT specialist to use this phone, which I'm not. So, I'm giving up. I just need the phone for basic uses, and that includes wi-fi and bluetooth. Both doesn't work well, loosing connection all the time.
I'll buy another phone.

I had some problems with flashing, the SP Flash tool got stuck at "DA download 100%", I tried several times.
I solved this by updating the Mediatek drivers from the device manager (when the phone was connected, power off). After updating the drivers, the flash worked perfectly

This is working, great. and than when i check for update, i get new notification for update version : BV7000 PRO_Blackview_20170706_20170706-0255 with size 154.29 MB
Is anyone get notification like that ??

That's the latest OTA update which installs smooth.

But what are the changes?
