Hi There...

I am very frustrated with cellphone BL 6000 PRO. I needed a sturdy cell phone but this phone there are many defects.  

I can't change my cell phone every day so I bought BL6000 PRO

Blackview are you sure this phone works?

I'm sorry but this phone is misleading.

 1 - Fingerprint doens't work.
2 - extremely low volume

The process for replacing the fingerprint sensor is very long and very delicate.

Not for the end user and very costly for a shop to fix.

Blackview needs to cover the end to end cost of fixing this very poor component.

I have never known a respectable company charge anything for a repair after only 2 weeks of use.

Hello, first sorry to make this inconvenience caused to you, We knew that is a problem to ship the free fingerprint to you directly from our office, but there is no extra fee you need to pay, include the shipping fees free.
But if your phone needs to be repaired, they will charge you according to the problem.
