As i already told you, Google should have backed up up your photos and video to your Google drive or Google Photo, in your google account.
Please got to https://photos.google.com/  or  https://www.google.com/drive/  , log in with your google account and check if your photos and videos have been backed up in there.

If my photos and videos were stored at Google Drive or Google Photo, I wouldn't be here to waste my time and spend yours. The problem is that my google acount is not synchronized with my phone, thus I don't have any backup of may files stored at my phone. I've checked this again before I send this post.

I could have done it, for shure, but I didn't because I thought that this phone BlackView BV8000 Pro would be reliable. And it's supposed to be, wouldn't it?
