Yeah! That's what i was asking you to start the procedure you must keep volume up button pressed.

Now what is the situation? Were you able to flash your phone or still no success??

Yes, I installed the latest firmware. Now all I have to do is wait for the loudspeaker to replace since its broken after only one month of use.

Sad to hear that , I have been using bv8000 pro for last 4 months with just one issue and that was a sudden reboot but now its also been almost solved. Its software is getting better day by day and we all know its really a Rugged phone.
I am really enjoying it .
Just lacking a Custom recovery or Root.

There should be some notification for pvt msgs as well.

I just replied back. And yes, there should be a popup notification when you log in and have unread messages.

Waiting for the predicted date for andriod 8.

There is no error message, but the process percentage is no more than zero.
Can someone help?

Did you stricly follow each step written in the tutorial?


4) Press Scan to let the Tool search the correct COM-Port
5) Press Phones volume-up-key while connecting it (powered off) to your Computer. Use original cable.
6) Used COM-Port should be listed and selected in list on left side now. Remove phone from cable.
7) Press “Start all”. Press Phones volume-up-key while connecting it again.
8) Wait until it’s finished. Status should change to DL OK, PASS. Don’t do anything until this happen.
9) Press “Stop all”. Unplug the phone. Wait some seconds and start your phone

software is waiting for the phone to be connected.

Turn off your phone, keep volume up button pressed, use original Usb cable provided with the phone and connect your phone to pc .
