Is Blackview paying for the replacement of the faulty sensor if I go to a local service (that is most likely going to say they don't know this model)?
Why don't you post the video first of all, to fully see what are options are. And it has been asked before and not answered: is it for sure a hardware problem as I've seen topics on different Blackview models where you sorted it with an update?

My BL6000 Pro works fully without Touchscreen or Fingerprint failures! Works complete fine.
