i have the same issue, need to re-boot the phone several times a day, freezing issues on the phone, the WIFI and mobile data functions... it very frustrating, also the mobile data is very slow...when is the next software update expected????

But I had another problem that was aggravating me where Pandora Radio would close whenever I locked my phone, so I did some research and found this post, viewtopic.php?t=454620 . This sent me looking through some settings and I ended up disabling the Power Save Manager in Smart Assistant all together. This has fixed the Pandora problem, but it has also stopped the reboot problem. Hopefully sharing this can help some frustrated people and/or the Blackview tech team to locate the issue.
Also, please note that I am using the standard BV 9500, not the pro, so this may not work for everyone.
