Hello to anyone reading this. I'm new to my Blackview and ran into this problem as well, found this post and figured I'd try and wait out an update. But I had another problem that was aggravating me where Pandora Radio would close whenever I locked my phone, so I did some research and found this post, viewtopic.php?t=454620 . This sent me looking through some settings and I ended up disabling the Power Save Manager in Smart Assistant all together. This has fixed the Pandora problem, but it has also stopped the reboot problem. Hopefully sharing this can help some frustrated people and/or the Blackview tech team to locate the issue.

Also, please note that I am using the standard BV 9500, not the pro, so this may not work for everyone.

Testing this for a few days now and certainly haven't noticed my 9500 restarting at all. And it seems to have fixed my problem with not getting notifications on my Smartwatch as well which is good.

I can confirm - I had no single reboot since I deactivated the Power Safe Manager.
To be honest, I didn't have any restart on the BV9500 Pro in first place...
Perhaps some apps don't like it when they are closed on background and then force a crash

It's a workaround for sure but the issue isn't "solved"!
