In my decision after i was changing the microphone i made the hole bigger with a 5 mm drill, because i the jack is from inside sealed, so the way with the knife is hardcore, but you can make the hole bigger with a 5 mm drill, only not so deep.

My adapters arrived yesterday. They work perfectly and the build quality is more than adequate. Blackview should learn from you and start selling adapters.

According to the few knowledge I have, using the Kenable adapter I will loose the left audio channel and the right audio channel will be switched to the left...

So, given the pinout they provide for their adapter, my guess is this is not an audio adpter.
There are other use for this connector, maybe it is useful for one of them (but I highly doubt it would work with BV8000).
