I'm a lucky owner of the 9500 Blackview, but my phone also has problems with restart, discarded the sim processor, it happens several times a day. Unfortunately, complete reinstallation of the siamese does nothing.

As stated many times, tech team is aware of the issue and working on a fix.

Guys if you don't want to wait for a software fix to come, you can contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty. You might be luckier ;)

Just to be clear, you all talk about the Launcher rebooting, right?
Because a full reboot would definately take much longer, but when I notice, it just takes 5-7 seconds for the phone to come back.

It happens rarely in my case, maybe once a week.
Last time, I had over 8 days without any reboot at all.

The only thing I could imagine is the RAM running full and the launcher trying to swipe everything out, but I could be wrong

Hi Dee-San, yes I think you're right, it's not a full reboot. Still a problem though.
