They are actually working on this ROM? That's great news!

we would like to know a date, even if temporary or probable, you would make me a great pleasure, otherwise I have to change my smartphone, because of its problems if the firmware will not be released within 4 months I will be forced to change phone.

I've come to the conclusion blackview have ended support for this phone. If it hasn't been worth investing time and money into this model in the last 4 months it's not going to suddenly become worthwhile now or at any point in the future.

Our only hope is that one day blackview will release the source code and maybe we'll get a functional custom ROM with a battery that lasts all day and the ability to quick charge!

Is the support of this phone ended?
And you have a provisional date?

Dear Blackview Admin,
Are we expecting to get a properly working ROM for this device? If we are, could you tell us a date? Or this is really the end of support for this model?

I'm sure they haven't officially ended support, however blackview don't seem to operate like a respectable company with business plans, targets or deadlines it's just if they get around to it. Hence they will NEVER tell you when they expect this ROM to be working. We need to be realistic, they will never get around to it because we have already seen this phone is not a priority and if it isn't a priority now it never will be. I will never buy another blackview, did you know they are still advertising this ROM on the website and its battery saving capabilities?! Unreal.

They did a good job with other older firmwares and fixed deep sleep in 201712 firmware, so I think that update will come.
But I'd like to know if could you tell us a date? Or this is really the end of support for this model?
Thanks!

Support is not ended, but it's getting slower (team must fix also the new released phones). I can't share a date about the update at the moment.
