Try this: wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Please report if this solved your issue or not.

Half of the solution found for the bluetooth problem.
Unlike other smartphones where the smartphone has to be selected on the GPS screen, it is the contrary :
1) choose looking for a new phone on the GPS screen
2) look for a bluetooth device on the Blackview
3) select and associate the GPS on the Blackview

But, it still doesn't work with the Pokemon Go Plus. The device is detected and the name is written in the bluetooth device list, but, unlike for the GPS, there is no symbol showing a successful association and the connection always fails in the app.

Still the perfect smartphone for all other matters!

If someone is having problems with syncronization or apps not working properly (like alarm not going off) .. Disable the "background task clear" in the settings.

Update: Re-installing gmail helped too

You're welcome .. I'm still suffering from random freezes every hour or even less than an hour.. Is this a known issue that is being addressed or not?

This is really unbearable .. The phone freezes more than 2-3 times per hour and sometimes it just reboots on its own!

Will this be addressed in a future rom or shall I return the phone to the supplier and ask for a refund?

Here are some solutions for fixing several reported issues with the BV8000 Pro:

The camera is out of focus and the images blurry / The picture is "White out": Should be solved in 20170718. Update to the latest ROM (20170718 or later) and perform a factory reset after that. Alsways use your finger to tab the focus point in the camera app.

NFC doesn't work: Update to the latest ROM (20170718 or later) and perform a factory reset after that. If this don't work contact your seller for receiving a replacement device.

Problems with the bluetooth connectivity: Update to the latest ROM (20170718 or later) and perform a factory reset after that. If this don't work contact your seller for receiving a replacement device.

In bright light, the contrast of the Screen changes: Should be solved in 20170718. Update to the latest ROM (20170718 or later) and perform a factory reset after that

Every few hours the phone freezes or reboots: Update to the latest ROM (20170718 or later) by clear flashing and perform a factory reset after that.

The rom 2017.07.18 has MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) issues:
1. reboot phone
2. connect phone to PC
3. BV8000PRO shows in Windows file explorer, but nothing inside
4. Switch USB mode to charge only
5. Switch back to MTP mde (file transfer)
6. Now Windows file explorer shows SD card and Internal storage
7. Reboot phone
8. Same as before: BV8000PRO shows in Windows file explorer, but nothing inside
