can you test the ORIGINAL BLACKVIEW CHARGER WITH THE ORIGINAL USB-C CABLE AND REPORT BACK?

i tested it 10 times and that does not charge with original cable and charger !!!!!

sorry but it does not work : i have downloaded and install files, restart my computer but when i click on Scan it does not find Com ports and seems to be blocked.

i have waited 10 minutes : nothing changes.

My computer is under Windows 10 pro...

Please check if you installed the drivers.
And remember that you first click download on sp flash tool, then you connect the phone to the pc, SWITCHED OFF.

i dit it and it told me that drivers are installed but no com poorts in system
my phone is not connected and is switched off...

Can you do a fast test and connect the phone switched on to see if the pc can connect to it, such as for transfer photos.

done : it doesnt connect

Then you have other problems, which can be:
- drivers not installed, but it's not like...
- defective usb cable, which you use also to charge
- hardware fault, maybe the usb-c port on the phone or something else

Can you try if you have it another usb cable and connect the phone with the adapter provided with the bv8000?The usb cable can have micro usb than use the provided adapter micro-usb to usb-c
