No, I'm not joking. Personally, whatever the update, I make a backup of my data and applications and then I systematically do a factory reset. This helps to solve some bugs. I may have been lucky when buying the BV6000, but until now no major problems with the software.

"Parceval" is right, we lose everything. But after the update, just restore the backups and redo all its settings. So I can not advise anyone. Nevertheless, the "factory reset" is a habit to be taken and which solves many problems. At first it's tedious, after that becomes a routine.
