I also have the same problem... My blackview is not working anymore, but impossible to get in touch with an after sale service...
Mr admin, is there any chance you could give us a contact number, or email address, or link to a website where we could find that ?
Thanks.

@Cepamoi first contact for warranty should be your seller.

I too have issues with BlackView warranty! I was sent a defective phone (half the sensors in my BV6000 were not working). BV told me to settle this with the seller. I sent my defective BV6000 back with tracking # to the seller (http://www.ebay.ca/usr/newteckcity), seller name on PayPal appears as TOMTOP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Seller told me it was lost although it was clearly received by them according to carrier and tracking. I opened a service ticket to report an issue with delivery with my carrier (Canada Post), and was sent a letter after a few weeks that my package was indeed successfully sent and picked up at the post office in China! Anyway seller refuses to refund/respond, after all he has my money, why would he care! At the end, I had to buy another BV6000 from another seller (this one was working fine thankfully). But still, what a poor outcome (more than twice the money spent). I contacted BV about all this and never had a single answer back! Having known their customer service is so bad, I would never have bought a second phone from BV !

@mathieus The problem you had is still a problem with the bad service of your seller TOMTOP, not with Blackview (not Blackview lost your phone and gave bad service). I understand that it is frustrating not to get answers from Blackview but atually they have nothing to do with your problem with TOMTOP.

@Phil Yes, I do partially agree with you. Problem is that I, the customer, am being penalized from a poor phone manufacturing (which is BV dependant). The phone I received, no kidding, had issues with more than half of the sensors inside it (proximity, light, magnetic field, barometer and accelerometer !) Now, I do understand that I should settle this with the seller, but the seller just doesn't answer back any of my messages and there's no legal action I can take since he's from China... This being said, TomTop is an authorized seller from BV, so it's logical that I blame BV in second place.

In some cases admin took the initiative to get in touch with the seller when the seller doesn't answer to help the customer, hope for you they're going to move things for you

the warranty comes from the seller ( or aliexpress if you have bought from a store on there) much like if you buy a phone from somewhere like carphonewarehouse in the uk, you dont get the warranty from the manufacturers you get the warrenty from the company that you bought from. so unless you've bought the phone from Blackviews official aliexpress store they can not be held accountable for warranties not being carried out.
