After updating to android 10, fingerprint only works when you unlock the phone with the button and 5 seconds after locking it

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience, please restore the factory settings to verify it

I have already done, no change.

Hello, how many seconds does it take to unlock before updating?

Before it was normal, I put my finger and the phone unlocked. Now I have to put my finger to the fingerprint  and press the power button, the phone will turn ON without PIN

why non pro 9900 not get updated?
9900 and 9900 pro has almost same SoC, right? (p90)
Because of android restructuring,  android build can be independent. (You can find about project treble)

And we must need get updated for some serious security patches and bug fixes.

Seems a bit mad that the BV9900 is not getting updated to Android 10, I should have done more research into this brand before I spent 300+ on a phone a few months back. Lesson learned.

Well, if they can update BV9900 pro to android 10, it wouldn't be difficult task for BV9900.
Like I said, it has almost same SoC, and because of android re-architecturing since Android 8.
I have known well about this, I worked in global android phone manufacturer as software research engineer.
I can't just understand, many bv9900 user can get benefit from almost simple task but they won't update for what?
And bv9900 has some bugs still, in my case, notification icon bugs. MTK SoC has also some security problems which needs to be updated.

PS. I had my earlier bv 9600 pro.
When I bought, product pages is written as "plan for update android 9", and they ignore earlier model. update andorid 9 for just p70 model.
I trusted blackview and betrayed once more.

Already using it with Android 10 for several days and I found one pretty nasty bug: sometimes the phone would just freeze showing the "Blackview" logo and it may stay for hours. You need to press the power button for 20 seconds to be able to restart it. The problem is that this happens occasionally and you may stay without communication if you don;t spot it. I tried factory reset and wiping all cache but without any success. Have anyone already seen this or I am the only one "lucky"?

I have a problem with the fingerprint, it does not work when the phone is locked, and I have so that I put my finger on the phone not unlocked and after about 2 minutes it unlocked itself, so it sometimes happens

Same here, happened 2 times since Android 10 is available, otherwise the update is fine.
