Suggestion: You can save the data to verify the factory settings. There are two ways to do it: one is OK after restoring the factory settings, and the other is to shut down one night after charging, and it is OK after booting.

Or you can contact the professional after-sale directly: support02@blackview.hk

It's not an OLED screen. Dark mode don't save battery life on standard LCD screens.

Hi, i haven't seen the topic in a long time. I solved my the problem with the battery.

When unboxing my cell phone i installed the applications with the backup to google, the solution was do factory reset and install all applications and configurations manully, one by one.

Now my battery lasts up to four days, when I use it little.

@cibermarck
What does your full device usage tab look like? for me, mobile network standby is eating around 50% of my battery, (dual sim is used) it is a lot but do not know if this is normal yes or no. Now you have a long standby time, and I don't.

What version of android does your cell phone have?
I have carried out different tests to find the problem, when I went to sleep the phone had 91% battery, I left it in airplane mode and after 6 hours without using it I had 70%, check the history of use of the battery but it does not record any application. I use Greenify app to keep apps sleeping. Also disable all smart assistant functions. I have always used only the original charger.

How long does it take for your phones to charge from 20% to 100%?

I tried greenify, amplify and other deepsleep apps. Now use none of them. I found on stock rom some great things to control battery life. Go to settings, smart assistant, app blocker. Enable it, take the adjustmemts to all apps as You want to. Check battery optimising in settings and make adjustments. Enable DuraSpeed. I am ok with my battery life now, I get 36h easily, while I use smartphone a lot. If in standby with battery fully charged I suppose I get about 1 week battery time... I will try out this night with battery widget reborn app.
